"Spring" activities & weather comparison

April 12 - quite a bit of snow! Tryin on the big man gloves.

April 22 - Another snow :(

April 25 - No coat, snow gone. Raking new grass seed.

April 27 - picnicing in shorts.

Levi is trying out his scissors and is already good at it!

Andrew took Levi to see the racecars at our track. He loved it. When it got loud, he wore my flying headset. :)

Snow Day & Singing

Andrew is singing right now with a community choir. The 1st concert (yesterday) was with the town orchestra. The concert today is at the "Old Stone Church" and is a full choral concert. I was able to attend the "dress rehearsal" with Levi earlier in the week. That was a treat for me as both concerts conflicted with Levi's sleep schedule.

Levi has reached his "50 good boy stickers" milestone and received some new parts for his "tato-head".

We had out 1st sizable snow fall this weekend and Levi, Andrew & I got out to enjoy it. This was Levi's 1st attempt at snow removal.

The snow had perfect snow man making chemistry.

What a great snowman, guys!

There is no comparison to fun had with dad on the sled! i have many more photos to post including our wonderful trip to California but it will have to be another time and another post. Happy December!

Today's weather: beautiful, sunny and warm. Levi was trying to save this snow from melting. He picked it up and carried over to a shady snow pile.
While Levi was having stomach issues he learned to use a straw while drinking juice.

Winter Weather in Late February

Our 1st real winter snow storm hit yesterday. We have been spoiled all season with warm weather and little snow so now its a little hard to get used to. Here are some photos from our neighborhood. We got more snow today.

Levi has recently discovered the wonder that is the laundry shoot hole in our bathroom. He keeps tossing duckies down it and looking down it.

1st Snow of the Season - 2011

We got our 1st snow storm of the season today. This is almost a month later than last year and a month and a half later than 2 years ago! It was later than in past years but also heavier. Here is a picture from our window.

This was Levi's 1st time bundled up in a puffy coat. We decided to walk the few blocks to our friends house to help celebrate their son's 1st birthday.Here is the birthday boy with so much more hair than Levi!Here are their two kids and Levi playing together. So cute.
