Here are a few pictures from our first snow the other day (the day that this is dated)... We got snow earlier than I have ever seen in the Midwest. As it got darker, more snow fell but I didn't get photos because my camera doesn't take pictures well at night while it is malfunctioning.
This is the view from our kitchen. The snow is on our screen and our building dryer vent. Today, Sunday, we are supposed to get 3-6". YIKES.

We got snow on Saturday. I've got my fingers crossed for a few more weeks of high 40's and 50's.
It pretty much melted on contact. But still discouraging to see.
We've already been stir-crazy with the rain!! I really hope winter isn't coming this early!
No kidding! I think we missed our fall colors for the most part because it froze all of the sudden and then we got the snow so the trees are all dropping green leaves.... grrr... I love all colors
It's in the 70's and sunny here in Sacramento (smile). But, I know to where I'm returning! Let's hope for a nice long November Indian Summer!
